Providing three dedicated on-site engineers, supported by our specialist team of mobile commercial gas and air conditioning engineers, we ensure continuity of services and make a positive impact on the Centre’s visitor experience.

Our dedicated engineers work to a robust maintenance schedule to keep the Centre running at optimum levels and provide a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and visitors alike. Our engineers aim to reduce the running costs across the site at every opportunity and upgrade services to more energy efficient systems, as installed equipment reaches the end of its lifecycle.

We recently replaced the air conditioning system within the centre’s management suite with a more effective and energy efficient system and also converted the suite’s lighting to LEDs, providing improved life cycle expectancy and reduced energy consumption reducing running costs for Crown Estates.
